The team consisted of several doctors and nurses (and some spouses) from the States as well as Haitian translators.

Thanks to Bonne Fin for planning and hosting our first medical team to Haiti! The team was a trial run for the HarvestCall Medical Committee and a joint effort with Child Sponsorship and Hospital Lumiere. The goal was to interweave loving service with sharing the gospel to the glory of God.

We went out with the team for four days to four sponsored schools in the Bonne Fin area. The schools that were chosen were Polycar, Dubois, Dagout and Marc Eric. It was a blessing to see the spirit of cooperation within the team, and the love extended so warmly to the Haitians. The team gave exams to 110-125 people per day, predominately school students. One day we had to bring a very sick child back to the hospital with us.

Several mornings the entire school was waiting (they didn't stay seated for long)!
